Have you heard? Indigo View’s latest TV series in development is one of the three (!) projects from across the world selected to participate in this year’s Series Lab powered by the Script 2 Film Workshops 2022.
Established in 1998, the MEDITERRANEAN FILM INSTITUTE (MFI) is a specialized training organization, focusing on the field of script & project development, and has created an educational platform offering advanced continuous training for European screenwriters, directors and producers. MFI’s main activity, MFI Script 2 Film Workshops, is an advanced script & project development program focusing under the guidance of an international group of accomplished teachers of cinema & industry experts.
MFI Script 2 Film Workshops take place on the islands of Nisyros and Rhodes bringing together an international 'family' counting 100 members each year, participants and trainers, for a series of intensive workshops that emphasize on script analysis, revision and rewriting, and focus on enhansing the projects'dramatic impact of film audiences, as well as its realization potential.
Out of the 143 applications submitted by 233 creative professionals (scriptwriters, directors, producers) from 19 countries this year, 56 filmmakers were selected to develop 25 feature films, 3 TV series and 6 documentaries during the course of the workshops.
We are proud and humbled to announce, that Indigo View’s own Theo Papadoulakis and Ioanna Davi will participate in the Series Lab, with our latest TV series project in development, under the working title “Placier”.
It is a very exciting start for yet another journey!
